Staff of CoE
The Controller of Examinations (CoE) plays a critical role in managing the entire examination process. The office is to oversee the assessment records, offers quality support to the students and stake holders in all phases of assessment matters. The office ensures the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency and aiming to maintain the credibility of the institution’s evaluation system.
Key functions/activities include:

Planning and scheduling Continuous Internal Examination(CIE) and Semester End examinations(SEE).

Publish the necessary notifications for stake holders related to examinations.

Preparation of Question Papers.

Planning for Evaluation of Answer scripts.

Grading, Results Compilation and Publication.

Issuing grade cards within a stipulated timeline.

Compliance with University/Board Guidelines.

Ensuring adherence to academic regulations and maintaining confidentiality in all examination.

Facilitating revaluation and Supplementary exams.

Student Grievance Redressal related to assessment.

Maintaining Examination Records.
