  Department of Training & Placement provides conventional pre-placement training programs, value added programs necessary for skill up gradation according to the latest technologies and trends in the Market. We also help students to obtain Internship and pre-placement offers in reputed companies and organizations. Students receive individual attention and necessary care. Student awareness about opportunities in Indian Civil Services, Govt. Sector, and Public Sector is created and necessary guidance is provided.

DBIT proudly hosts a State-of-the-Art Data Centre for skilling circuit branch students in Enterprise Technologies which is one of the emerging cutting edge technologies to store the Big Data.

The data centre offers vast and real-time opportunities in the areas of Internships and Projects to provide exposure to the Architecture of the Data Centre along with Data Processing for Research and Analysis, and so on.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

The department also takes lead in arranging Faculty Development Programmes to ensure their overall development and enrichment of skills to match the changing needs of the industry. Sessions by eminent academicians and trainers such as Dr. Gururaj Karajagi and Aarthi V. B. are also arranged regularly.
