About the workshop:

The program aimed at providing hands-on exposure to diversified yogic practices and meditation strategies for developing sound mental health. A few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily, in both, body and the mind. Yoga postures, Pranayama and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. In the amidst increasing distractions and stress of modern life, this workshop will provide immense help in ensuring better psychological well-being and hence inspire a peaceful and healthier environment for the betterment of society and Earth.
