Industry Visits

Industrial visits represent an important activity in any engineering undergraduate programme and they contribute to the achievement of various essential learning outcomes and programme objectives.

The visit is planned to help the students achieve the following:

1. Recognize the process units – automated injection molding machines, a spray paint shop, and a section to assemble airbags and generate the process flow diagram.

2. Identify the input and output of different processes.

3. Experience the importance of working safely.

4. Understand how the product of the plant interfaces to the world.

The Department organized a one-day industrial visit to fifth-semester students on 07-09-2019, Srinidhi S.N., Senior Officer- HR and Admin, Toyoda Gosei South India Pvt ltd, Bidadi, presented an overview about the industry.

Ace Manufacturing Systems Ltd, Bengaluru.

The Department organized a one-day industrial visit to fifth-semester students on 23-02-2018, Mr. Arun Sagar, Senior Engineer, Ace Manufacturing Systems Ltd, Bengaluru, presented an overview of the industry.

Industrial visit to Fire Station Ramanagara

To create awareness among students about recent trends and technology in the corporate world, Industry visits for pre-final year was conducted on 22nd February 2019. The industry visited was Spectrum Softech Solution pvt.ltd. The Pre-Final year batch consisting of 131 students accompanied by three faculty Coordinators visited spectrum Softech for exposure of the industry.
